Jon Mukand

Jon Mukand is studying fiction in the M.F.A. program. He earned his M.A. in English literature and poetry from Stanford and his Ph.D. from Brown. His edited works include anthologies of poetry (Articulations—a Booklist Editors' Choice for 1994) and fiction (Vital Lines) about medicine. A collection of narratives about people with disabilities is titled The Man with the Bionic Brain; it was shortlisted for the William Saroyan International Prize for Writing.
