ENC 2012 - Fall 2026 - Tuladhar
This course introduces students to familiarize with the kinds of learning involved with English major. During the semester we will explore certain histories of English studies, significant dialogues and topics discussed within the field considering available career choices with English studies. Students will be practicing key skills such as annotation, argumentation, drafting, revision, workshopping, and application of various discipline-specific vocabularies. Eventually, the course intends not only engaging students to contemporary forms of creative fiction, literary fiction and visual literacy, but also enhance critical thinking, close reading helping them to analyze and interpret complex literary texts. All in all, it intends to help students understand how the use of English language connects them with the world they live in.
